Has anyone used the Slimquick 7 day cleanse and had good results?
I’ve been eating some less than healthy foods lately and i was wondering if that particular brand would help me feel better…..thanks!
well before you try anything like this i would tell you to ask a doctor first. My brothers fiance took did the slimquick cleanse and ended up in the hospital for bloating and severe constipation. But it may work different with other people. I have used purity 12 which has worked good for me i work out also while i use it because it can benefit the results but you dont have to. If you do decide to try anything like this though really ask a doctor first and try to go with one that is well known and has good reviews. i hope this was helpful. Thanks
