loose skin during Weight Loss?

I want to lose 10-15 kg. However, i am terrified of loose skin developing. Tell me, is it only a problem for those people who lose much more than that? How do you prevent it? I know a) Go slow b) keep your muscles toned

its different for everyone i honestly would have thought you would need to lose more than 10-15 kg in order to have excess skin but it also can depend on your frame an if that is all you need to lose in order to fall in what the doctors call an average body mass index. I personally have lost over half my body weight in just over 4 years an i dont have excess skin in all honesty i dont exercise regularly but i do know that it does help with preventing excess skin. Try to lose the weight slowly an steadily an even if you walk for half an hour a few times a week you would be surprised just how much this well help with not only losing weight but helping to prevent the excess skin.
