2) Simplifying your diet will make your life a whole lot easier. Too many Diets out there seem to over complicate things. When your diet is overly complicated, the chances of following it successfully will be a next to impossible task. Star by dividing your plate in half and in the top portion, fill it up with all of the vegetables you like. In the bottom half, divide this space in half as well and on one side have some protein that is about the size of the palm of your hand and on the other you want a carbohydrate helping no bigger then a cupped hand.
3) Do not forget to maintain a food journal. Too many people cannot understand why they are not losing weight. They insist they are eating very little every day. However, a food journal allows you to actually keep track of what you eat so there are no mistakes.
4) Increase your daily workout routines to burn as many calories as possible. Do not stick to a slow and steady workout routine, but rather follow one which randomly varies the pace of the workout in order to double or even triple the calories that get burned.
