Thanksgiving Weight Loss Tips
how to stay really motivated on a DIET?!? PLEASE HELP!?

so i’m starting a diet today…(LOL, i know, the day after thanksgiving!!). i’m 16, 5′7 and 150 lbs if that’s important. i want to lose a bit of extra weight. i’m not overweight, just a bit chubby maybe.
i’ve already made a diet and exercise plan for myself, but i always have a really hard time staying on track. i always cheat and eat sweets or cookies or chips when i feel like i’m doing well or when i have nothing to do or when stressed/sad if the diet is not working! it drives me nuts and screws up the whole thing. >_____<

how to stay motivated? tricks i can do? any tips? how about any movies i could watch to help inspire me? (like ones about Weight Loss, fat people, body image, etc). i am really stuck here! no motivation at all right now. bleh -___-

plz help me out. ^____^

Most important thing in my opinion is finding some type of exercise you enjoy, that you look forward to doing every day – instead of thinking of it as work or dreading it. For me its martial arts and lifting weights. Once you find that, keeping fit is a breeze – I seriously can not wait to get to the gym or fight class every day.

As far as The Diet, there is no easy answer. For me, just looking at myself in the mirror is my motivation. I can tell when I start putting on a few extra pounds again, and that gets me angry – so I whip myself back into shape. Try putting a picture of you when you were at your best shape, and one of you in your worst shape next to each other near your favorite mirror. And just tell yourself, I will never look like that again when you look at the bad one. Good luck. Its tough, just stay in the fight!
