
Raw Food Diet for Weightloss and health?
I want to start the raw food diet, so you can lose some weight and feel better, I read that you look much healthier young on this diet. How long until I lose weight and this is true? Also how much weight to lose? If the answer only if you have tried this diet!
You're in luck, I recently tried the raw diet for two weeks a month ago. Provided that really commit to diet, you will feel a change from the end of day one.
