Top 10 Weight Loss Tips
Weight Loss. [13 yrs old.][Please Read!]?

I am 13 yrs old, 150 pounds, and about 5 ft 4.5 in.
I am very unhappy with my weight and I want to lose 30 to 40 pounds before November and 10 pounds before May. I am considering anything. Anorexia is honestly my top choice right now, but it scares me because last time I was anorexic, I passed out and stopped breathing. Anyone have any tips to lose weight?

I wear a size 10 in jean(sometimes 8’s depending on the brand.)
I Matured Kinda Early:
I have D cup boobs that I consider a curse.
I already have pronounced hips. =/

Alot of people think I am fat because I have boobs, so part of me wants to lose those too?

OK, number 1- exercise… alot! Great way to lose weight and look great. Makes you feel great about yourself too! Find a sport/activity you love. I personally run and play tennis. Maybe swimming is your thing, or dancing? Anything to keep active!

Number 2- just really eat small but reasonable portions. Cut down on fried foods and sugary foods, go for starchy foods instead (e.g. pasta, rice)- they really fill you up and have only a moderate amount of energy and very little fat!

Number 3- Drink alot of water and cut out/down on fizzy drinks .

Number 4- Annorexia is not your answer. My friend ended up in hospital for that and it wasted 3 years of her life.

Number 5- Don’t worry about your weight too much. Get fit and the rest will follow.
