What are some tricks to losing weight extremely fast, only good advice i dont want to hear its not healthu?

1) You eat fruit for breakfast whatever fruit that you want and eat until you are satisfied, next you eat fruit for lunch again until you are satisfied then for dinner you eat any lean protein like fish, eggs, chicken or turkey and a salad with no dressing. If you need dressing try balsamic glaze or olive oil or something like that but only a tbsp of dressing. I did this and i lost 4 pounds my first day. Probably water weight but then you do Lose Fat. Also do some strength training so that you don’t lose your muscle. And cardio will boost your results. Make sure that once you lose all of the weight that you need to lose that you eat a proper diet of healthy foods like whole grains, veggies, fruits, lean prions and dairy products. This way you can maintain a healthy weight but you can also check your basic metabolic rate on the internet that way you know exactly how many calories to eat to maintain your weight. Good luck!!
