
How much weight can lose on a diet of a smoothie, two milk shakes and a package of wheat crackers a day?
I'm 5 "10", 187 pounds and would like to get to 160. How long should stick to The Diet already mentioned more than an hour running on a treadmill and doing 1,000 sit-ups per day to achieve that goal, if it would work? I hate feeling fat belly and wants to get rid of it completely and have six pack abs.
This is incredibly healthy.
