Lose 20 kilos in 10 weeks?

I know its not ideal …. Weightloss healthy, but I'm 17, female, 5'9, currently 83 kilos and want to lose this piece of fruit = vegetarian salad wrap, piece of fruit Dinner = small bowl of soup, steamed vegetables … I quickly approached the school, etc. and hills around day = 1 hour doing this for the next 10 weeks … I guess I'll lose 20 kilos … If I feel good with the loss of 12 kilos, etc. …. It's much better to eat several small meals a day (like 5-6 meals a day healthy) to eat one or two or three large meals day. 13) if u hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only) 14) a bowl of oatmeal can be taken as a counterattack 15) Do not drink much of any kind are permitted on this diet. 16) Smoking strictly forbidden in this diet 17) Watch out ur every drink and every piece of food UR. Stay away from foods fatty, junk foods, synthetic foods, foods with preservatives and excess carbohydrates. Do not try to take foods that are made from white flour, for example, white bread, cakes, etc, pasta and food contain sugar such as cookies, ice cream, candy, etc. 18) Remember after every 15 days that may take time and then with a little treat any thing u like.
