All seek the easy way when it comes to Burning Belly Fat, Weight Loss or Fat Loss. All the scams do not want to cheat you of your money so hard won the promise of this "". But there is a way that can literally Burn Fat in your sleep!
Let's go a little more physiologically nerdy here (but do not worry, I'll try to make this as simple as possible).
First we must understand that the hard training, low intensity shots, relaxation training. Hard is, of course, relative to my clients who are elderly, it can be difficult to walk briskly. But to my high national athletes level, could be repeated to drive 200 meters sprint.
The main thing is that hard training is the best kind. We are now settled in most of our jobs and lifestyles of the city. Is meaningless if we do a job for at least the time of year as well? That makes no sense.

When it came from somewhere! That somewhere part is our anaerobic (without oxygen necessary) sources that are already present in our cells.
What have we done now? We used energy beyond what we can sustain. If we were making low-intensity work could only breathe and get all the energy we need from our aerobic oxygen (necessary) of origin. But no! We have overcome this source and have played at other sources beyond what we can sustain.
It's payback time. Once the stopping of intense activity, the body begins to recover from that activity. During this time many things are going to get the body back to a "normal" state. All these things use the calories! In fact above the normal use of calories can last 30 or more hours after the end of the session of hard training.
Like I always say, hard training is like putting money in a growth fund that makes money while you do nothing! COPD, literally, to burn calories in your sleep (like many of the products claim of fraud here), the only difference is that this is real!
Here is a brief list and description of what your body is doing to return to a rest state. This is a great long list of items and you'll soon see why and how COPD is able to help burn calories.
ATP-PC Restore: In simple terms, this means we have to replace anaerobic sources used in the body during intense training
Restore oxygen Shops: This gets our levels of oxygen in the blood returns to normal
Restoring normal heart and breathing rates: When a hard stop intense workout, your heart rate, breathing and other functions a sudden inability to return to normal. This of course requires energy and time, because both are necessary to restore the body back to its routine functioning.
Restoring hormone levels: There are several hormones (ok fellow nerds – adrenaline, noradrenaline, heat production is likely to exceed removal heat. That means an increase in body temperature. For each degree Celsius above normal, an increase of 13-15% in the use of calories is needed for recovery.
Remove Lactate: Lactate is a byproduct of exercise and accumulates in the muscles. It also takes energy to remove.
That's why all good programs fat loss make full use of the property COPD. That means weight training with low rest periods, exercises that involve your whole body and interval training instead of long, slow endurance type activity that only burns calories during the exercise session.
