
best (fast) way to Lose Body Fat without expensive workouts @ gym?
Uhm I m not overweight (55kg/ 162cm) but I d like to lose a few before summer vacation (beach!)
What to do? I m not willing to hand over 50 quid/month to go to the gym….
if you are counting calories you will fail, it is simple..walk or slow jog 1 hour every day and replace bad food with healthy food choices, if you are walking/jogging consistently and eating healthy food you can eat when you are hungry and you will gradually begin to lose weight over a period of months and years, over the long haul restricting food will not work
