Has anyone used acupunture utilizing ear points with an ear-dart that stays in for several days and treatments using body points with acupuncture??
yes, there are acupuncture points to help your metabolism, and points to reduce stress that brings the urge to stuff yourself. But, you won’t see immediate results and you have to exercise/eat less to make it work. Basically oriental medicine works in a way to balance your body, instead of working on a particular issue. Its effect is more like, getting a really great pair of running shoes, but you still have to jog to lose weight.
I never heard of a ear-dart. If you are getting acupuncture see a licensed one, they will offer consultation and provide the best guidance.
