I have a Weight Loss question?
Ive started excersising to lose weight and I want to include crunches into my ONLY eliptical routine. I heard that holding your breath while doing crunches can be very bad for your health, is that true 1st of all and second if it is what is the right way?
Of course its bad for u my friend, you need to breathe or ull pass out, esspeically because when your excercising your bodies in motion, youll feel like you need to breathe harder, holding ur breath wouldnt be very smart lol When your doing crunches make sure you take deep breathes its better for you
