for years, generally eat white meat and I rarely ate fruit. I ate the vegetables, no problems with that. but lately I've been craving red meat and berries … not ordinary just fruits, berries, but in particular – strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc. both white meat and red meat protein – what's the difference then? what the meat is white meat that does not? I can understand craving for berries, maybe I need specific vitamins that I have to take in. I have not the habit of taking a daily multivitamin, that's why. and since I started eating red meat I've been losing weight slowly honest. so the question is, what are the benefits of eating red meat instead of white meat, and what nutrients may come from berries (specific vitamins). And how could the red meat contribute to Weight Loss?
Some cravings are good. The berries are good for health with lots of vitamins, minerals and high in antioxidants. Other cravings are acquired tastes based foods has been a while.
