Weight Loss Breakfast Menu
no major diet change but..?

i am just wondering if this will work for Weight Loss
i havnt changed my diet really, its not that bad but i have stoped having sweets/chocolates and fast food, if i have fast food i get some roll thing from the lite menu at mcdonalds, but i have increased my activity from nothing to 30-90 minutes a day of well it depends on a bad day ill do 30mins of either brisk walking or strengthening exercises on a good day ill do 60-90mins of a combination of the two? so should i expect anything from this? my diet now is kinda like this
breakfast – usually cereal maybe an egg somedays
lunch – anything from sausage to stir-fry veg with rice
dinner meat n 3 veg kinda thing or a curry and rice or pasta
snacks randomly throughout the day – anything again but not much pretzels are probally the worst thing no lollies chocolate or totally crappy stuff

just add water, I’ve said this already, but I just started drinking water before major meals and started taking the stairs whenever I can, and I lost over 30lbs in like 10 months… I use the bathroom a lot more often and it seems like I’m literally washing away excess weight

I don’t know if this is your case, but it seems like you prefer salty-er foods… not like snacks, but like the sti fry and salty spices, but NEway, salt absorbs liquid and if you have a lot in you, it’ll retain more water than normal, which causes bloating or excess “jiggly” weight, sometimes just by cutting back on the salt and drinking more water you could easily drop a few pounds and look more trimmed, as the water weight melts off and gives you a more firmed body-as sometimes people hit the gym weekly and all that happens is they build muscle under the water weight, which makes them look bigger than they actually are
