
I am just in the beginning?
of my mission to make lifestyle changes for a great amount of weight loss. I was drinking mountain dew all day, everyday. Today I started my change. I only eat when I feel hungry, I don’t eat out of bordem, etc (it is not easy because I have bad habits that go back from my childhood). Today I have had only 2 canned mountain dews:) , for breakfast I had 2 scrambled eggs with tomato in them (it is an Egyptian recipe), I didn’t eat anything for lunch because I was sleeping, and I wasn’t hungry. For dinner I had 1 grilled chicken burito, one handful of nacho chips with salsa. Can you please give me some ideas of some foods and drinks I can make for my new lifestyle? I like water, but I have to be in the mood to drink it. Thanks in advance for your opinions.
Whats helped me a lot is WATER.LOTS and LOTS of water.You retain water so you need to flush your system out.
If you drank only water for a week..youd prob drop 5-10 pounds.Id also switched to diet mt dew….I dont drink a lot of sodas or caffeine but sometimes water does get boring so I been drinking diet mt dew or diet coke.If you go out to eat..order diet drink….that way you gotta drink it lol
I tried the monsters drink….didnt do nothing for me and I hardly ever drink caffeine..now rockstars would give me energy and I hear they got a diet but I havent tried those.I stocked up on the others because they were hard to find here =]
More tips would be no junk food…nothing fried….sweets etc BUT…I dont deprive myself.If I want something..I eat it….just not a lot.If youre craving chips….grab a small bowl and put a handful in there….and dont go back for more….if you want more…down a glass of water. Everytime I think of food…I grab a bottled water….I DO eat….If I want McD’s..I eat it.I just dont ALL the time.
It’ll take your body awhile to adjust.If you eat a lot of sweets and cut the sugar out..you’ll still crave sugar and probably get headaches so just eat a little something sweet tasting….try fat free frozen popsicles..or sugar free…they taste good and sweet but no sugar. But now if I want a snickers..Im gonna eat one….I just try to limit them.
Id say water was my biggest little helper
And honestly…you’ll hear people say to exercise..walking is very good and helps a lot but I dont walk.All my weight loss is from changing my eating habits some.Im to lazy to exercise lol I do have 4 kids though so when I can sit…I sit…=]
