For a job i have coming up i have to loose 20kgs yes 20kgs now first of all you need to know i dont eat much i eat 1-2 times a day I have a Protein Shake for breakfast i don’t eat fried food i don’t eat junk food i snack on sultanas all day and eat subway or something similar like baked chicken and vegetables for dinner haha.
I’m thinking i’m going to have to live on yogurt i just find it so hard to Loose Weight nowadays i run 2-3 times a week i also do 2-3 weights sessions a week
