
What to eat after a workout for breakfast???
Ok, so the last question I asked I have been having a fruit, yogurt & muesli smoothie for breakfast after my work out. Apparently no good? I am doing cardio and light weights, and want to lose 10kgs and tone up. So whats the best thing to have for breakfast after my workout for Weight Loss?
I have heard that is is better to eat and then exercise because that way your body’s metabolism speeds up more so the calories and fat are not absorbed as much. If you exercise, get tired out and then eat, you will want to sit around and be filled up and lazy while your body absorbs the extra calories. Have you ever heard that you should wait at least 2-3 hours before laying down to rest after you eat? If you eat and go right to bed you will gain weight. I have found success in exercising after I eat.
