I can achieve this Weight Loss by June?

I'm 5'4 "and about 120 lbs. I would be between 110-115 pounds before prom (which is in early June). i used something calorie calculator and said my BMR is 1400. I run 4-5 times a week for 25-30 minutes (approx. 2 miles) and do some exercises AB. that's almost as much as you can have a cause days I come home from school for one hour (which is when I exercise) and then go to work and not get home til 8. Anyway, also watch what I eat, not soda, cookies, cakes, ice cream, chips, etc. usually I have a mini bagel in the morning, an apple, high-fiber cereal, and carrot / orange for lunch, a granola bar and a sandwich and a salad or soup for dinner. I do not eat after 8. if you go on, I will see significant results before the dance? any suggestions would be great .. thanks:) I do not want pills, tea or any of that crap

If trying to lose 5-10 pounds and should not be a big problem. Although you may have read somewhere that granola bars, are not as healthy as they seem.
