
How long does it take to notice Weight Loss after cutting calories?
I used a calculator to calculate BMR calories than I need to keep a daily basis. The number reached 2477. That would keep my weight of 220 pounds. So you know I'm male, 6-1 in height, the age of 44 and no assets. Every day for the past 2 1 / 2 weeks I have cut my calorie intake to 1800 or less. I'm starting to think my scale is broken. Maybe I'm operating under some bad assumptions.
