The implementation of an enterprise "Weight Loss challenge" Any suggestions?
Hi everyone! We have a relatively small office (8 people) and we can all stand to lose some weight. Everyone is willing to participate. Besides the benefits of healthy living, we are also thinking to offer incentives. Does anyone have any suggestions for fun and effective? I am in charge of planning all this for all the help would be greatly appreciated!
You may have monthly weigh in and the person who loses the highest percentage of Body Fat gets an extra day of vacation. (You can also do it quarterly). In addition, you could offer gift cards for grocery stores / health (which may be willing to offer a discount), gift certificates / refund of fees, etc. This would be a good question to ask other employees – "What will motivate you to follow a healthy eating plan and incorporate more exercise into your life? "
