I would have to agree with the last answer (above). Hey there hun. I think we're jumping the gun a bit, but I understand what is worrying about his health. Sounds like if I need to talk with your family or doctor and talk to them about how you feel. I had my tonsils when I was two years due to chronic infection by so perhaps you need to talk with your doctor how often you if you have tonsillitis and the tonsils need to be removed. As was said, would require both a physical exam or ultrasound to diagnose it. Also, honey, it's 98.5 low grade fever. 99.1 is not unknown, either at night when temperatures tend up a bit and our temperatures change throughout the day. I understand your fear though. I have had family members die of it (although in reality it is inherited). Only I want to talk to your doctor or your family about your concerns, so you can get some peace of mind.
