
Loseing weight help!!!?
hey im 14 and im a girl on the wrestling team. i started in the 7th grade at 125 and did good. the 8th grade at 145 and went undefeated :]] but the weight classes were alot harder especially since the guys had more muscle. and now im starting highschool in a week and im at 165! the guys at 145 in high school are to strong for me so i know at 160 and 170 are gona kill me! so i was wondering if anybody has any good Weight Loss Tips and Diets? or any bodybuilding diets and tips. please i need to lose about 20 pounds in about 2 months. so please help anybody!

k heres whut u do
1. take out a small pot
2. put 1 cup of water in da pot.
3. turn on da stove ( out it on low u just need 2 warm it up)
4. 1 tablespoon of honey
5.1 tablespoon of lemon juice
6. 1 tablespoon of vinegar
7. put all them in da pot
8. let it warm up a little
9.if it starts boiling just let it boil fo a few like bout 2 min
10. wait fo it 2 cool down. ( excercise , watch tv, be on da computer bout 10 min).
11.drink the whole thing if u dont like how it smells hold ur nose.
