do you find “herbalife”shakes(shape works) good for A Healthy Weight Loss diet?

i’m trying to loose some weight,but i’ve become very suspective to any kind of food restriction,since i hardly got out of buleimia and anorexia.that’s why i’m trying to figure out a mild,but healthy way to loose some weight.i’ve tryed ‘herbalife’shake,but i’m not sure if it is ok to take it.

Putting it simply, it fills your belly with something so that the hunger cravings subside. Little kids still do that with”can I have a glass of water” a half hour before mealtime and then they are not hungry – their gut is full of water.
If you diet, you lose the energy to burn off the calories…so you sit around and get fatter. Eat healthy(no fast foods-chock full of sugars and fats) and eat veges and unprocessed foods -ones you got to cook yourself- that way you control the amount of sugar and fat in the food. The closer you are to natural food the thinner you will be. Staying away from the canned and prepackaged meals will help you more. Those foods are on the outer edge of all supermarkets – veges dairy meat. Shop the edges more often.
