Is it really so bad sugar in a Diet To Lose Weight? Why?

Hi guys, iv recently cut my food intake by a lot! And there seems to be no difference after losing 2 stone. My weight has remained the same for a good month. Any idea why? My diet is: 1 porrigo intestine with a table spoon of sugar and a banana in the morning Lunch: porrigo (porrigo syrup) table spoon of sugar at dinner: Weight Watchers Extra food: One or 2 cups of tea with 2 tea spoonfulls sugar in each sugar I have way much here? IV been exersizing like crazy, but something must be wrong because the weight isn't moving. Thanks in advance:)

first out of only sugar is bad unless you use to produce energy and burn once consumed. from the looks of your diet, you are doing very well with the amount of sugar. Personally, I think you're eating too little food. when the asset that needs energy, energy from food. still want to Burn More calories than you eat yoru but make sure you are getting the right kind of calories and make sure you are getting enough protein. want to be eating around .5 -. 8 grams per pound body.
