
What would be a good Diet To Lose Weight / work plan for me?
I'm 6'5 "and around 270. I have a framework large. I just got a gym membership a week ago and have been going pretty consistent so far. I need a good workout though. My goals for now are Weight Loss, core strength and definition. I worry about the subsequent muscle gain.
Make your fitness routine about 3 times per week. That way its not too intense and almost achievable do not weigh too much for now …. so do not gain much muscle and lose calories. Now by its definition … I suppose that means weight loss and weight gain in the areas of law …. this is all about, of course, lose the fat and then the construction of its frame. Once you start going to the gym .. whatever you do .. fat areas are always strong … and after 2 months or so .. when ready to gain muscle .. you can work the areas of law!
