Slim4Life?
In Kansas City, there are radio ads all over the city for a weight-loss company called “Slim4Life.” Back in the early months of 2006, I thought it would be a great idea, so I tried it.
However, I would like to know:
How many people can honestly say, “Yes! It’s worked for me and I’ve KEPT it off!”
I gained 10 pounds.
I left with low self-esteem after being told that I wasn’t losing enough weight taking 18 pills a day.
I left with higher blood pressure and dizzy spells.
Since then, I applied myself to working out, and eating right was up to me.
I swear that now when I hear their commercials, I want to punch someone.
So…did it work and did you keep it off??
Disclaimer: I am NOT asking for you to tell me how to lose weight. That is NOT answering my question! Yes, I know that fad Diets don’t work. I know that the answer to Weightloss isn’t in a pill. However, businesses like Slim4Life continue thrive.
That sounds awful. Im not surprised you want to punch someone!! I havnt used it but I must admit to having been tempted by similar fad diets. I have a weight problem and its only recently I have really started to tackle it (since being diagnosed diabetic). This was the reall kick I needed to stick to a healthy eating plan. Since July 1st I have lost over 60lbs.
