What foods are best for Weight Loss?

I know obviously sweets and chocolate and crisps are bad for you etc but i mean meal wise?
I’m 16 and i make pretty much all my meals so what are the best?
I’m a big fan of pasta, is that bad for me?
Has anyone got any recipes that are healthy and contain lots of nutritious things? Thanks

Yes sweets and chocolate are not a good choice. Pasta is not bad but use it in moderation and also use whole wheat pasta you will find out it taste great. When Dieting and making meals first and foremost make sure at least 1/2 of your plate is veggies either raw or cooked. then make 1/4 of it meat and the other 1/4 of it starch.
