Does anyone know where I can download a copy of the Skinny Switch Diet?
I was watching a recent infomercial about the Skinny Switch Diet- it is basically the same diet as the Weight Loss 4 idiots diet or the 40-40-30 diet. Anyway I am trying to find a FREE download of any of these – I don’t have the money or a credit card to buy the Weightloss4idiots diet nor the Skinny Switch Diet. I’ve heard that it is actually a good diet to use aside from Weight watchers.
You could first check your local library to see if they bought a copy then take as many notes as you want. I know it seems old fashioned, but when we couldn’t afford things we borrowed them from the library, not try to rip free downloads. Not trying to sound preachy, just wouldn’t want you getting in trouble for ripping off a download.
