How long will it take to lose weight?

I have 16 years, 5 '3 "and 138 pounds. I want to lose to a maximum of 130 and at very least 125. I would like to 130 in September. I can eat about 1,200 calories a day and exercise every day … so I think I should mathematically lose about two pounds a week, so it must achieve this goal, but do not know what other factors come into Weight Loss.
