do Green Tea Weight Loss pills work?! idont know if i should take them???
im under 18 im5″7 &weight 146 lbs should itake them (b.t.w. the pills are natural but it says intended for adults 18 and up ) idk if it safe for me to take!! ineed some usefull info
I go to walmart and get bottles of these green tea pills. Their made by Mega-T, their like $10 where i live but i think it depends on where your from on the price. Anyway, like you said they are all natural but its mandatory for companies to put it on their bottles because its a Dietary Supplement. Green tea is good for your matabolism (sp) so it speeds it up and gets it working. The only thing the pills really do other then that is curb your appetite. But you must drink 8 oz of water with each pill as stated on the bottle. Im under 18 too (17) and their perfectly safe and do the trick!
