Weight Loss Guide
I need a good workout plan to work on everything, and to lose weight?

So first, I wanna lose a few pounds. I’m 13 yrs old, 5′9″ (been that way since 12), and 210 pounds. Yeah, I won’t lie. D: What’s a good way to lose a sufficient amount of weight to satisfy me? What foods should I eat on a regular basis besides fruits and vegetables? And after that, what should I do to work on muscles? I wanna work on everything; chest, biceps, triceps, legs, abs, everything. If your answers may effect on what I normally like to do, I like to sing, work on graphic design, HTML/CSS, play tennis, and take care of animals. Thanks a bunch. =D

Do you participate in sports in school? Continue that.

You are thinking the right way. I think you should do both cardio and weights (if you have access to it)

Change your diet- eat less refined carbs (ie bread cakes chocolate sweets). Eat protein and vegetables

Play as much tennis as you can or run. The best cardio in the gym is the stepper.

Maybe you should try 1 session cardio then 1 session weights

What I did was first I lost most of my fat with cardio and change in diet. Then after i lost enough weight I went on the Body for Life diet and went to the gym 6 days a week (you shouldnt do that because your so young) and i did 1 day cardio then 1 day weights and so on. Over a few months my body became more defined

BUT PLEASE- go slowly – you are young and have plenty of time to fill out. remember you will grow so just keep in good shape for the time being
