
Tips & Tricks for my healthy weight-loss weeks ….?
I have a week off of work and I'm going to devote to Weight Loss. (Obviously, do a couple of things in between!) to go to slimming world which is a healthy eating club on the weight loss, I've been following The Diet for 6 months and I lost 17 pounds, is easy to follow, basically, a Healthy Diet. I am also a regular at the gym (but not as regular as before!) I have a week off of work to simply relax. But I'm going to devote to weight loss. I will follow the religious Diet And Exercise in my hardest in the gym … Any advice at all? Such as training sessions? Detoxification things? The maximum I've lost 3.5 pounds a week is purely on the diet. Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks! (In advance!)
I always find when I have time off work can train more. I would like to make my diet just because you are losing weight with the diet you have, but I would spend extra time focusing on making more. Go hiking or play a sport you not always have time for. It will be a holiday kind of routine activities in the gym. Hope this helps, but remember to have fun while on vacation so you can return to work harder. I myself go on vacation for 3 weeks and I managed to lose 5 pounds just because I had more training time and I spend more time concentrating on my diet and exercise plan. I still had fun and played basketball, went swimming, etc, but I got the chance to recharge the battery.
