heart rate monitors?
I'm about to invest in a heart rate monitor to aid in Weight Loss.I I run and planning some cycling.Which is the best monitor, polar or oregon.which is the best brand, has the best features, etc.
You need to do your own research – Try Google for user groups … .. I think reliability is more important than fancy features … suggest you check out how they "felt" the heart beat (special need conductive gel that is smeared across his chest and a tight rubber band to hold it on …) NB.
