Can I get a tummy/leg/arm tuck on the NHS?
If I have excess skin after my Weight Loss? I am going private for a gastric band as I’m not quite fat enough for the NHS. But no way would I be able to afford anything to be tucked afterwards. Can this be done on the NHS after a weight loss if needed?
Thanks

Harry and Sammie can sod off anyways. I’m not a smoker or a big drinker so not gonna cost that way. And I pay my taxes towards the NHS. By loosing this weight I am saving money for the NHS in the future. Why shouldn’t I get help if needed?
I’m doing something to lose weight and its not a case of being greedy Sammy. You really do seem quite ignorant.
Lilly B is also quite clearly rather ignorant.
The only person who can answer this question is your GP. If your GP is willing to refer you, then you’re in with a chance.
Ignore those saying why should the tax payer fund it – we fund smokers with lung cancer getting treatment on the NHS don’t we – and that’s totally self inflicted too. So is someone getting a broken leg fixed when they’ve broken it having chosen to play football. They’re fighting a losing argument.
Well done you for trying to lose weight – I hope it goes well for you x
