Unhealthy Weight Loss or just right?

I’ve been hanging with my friend alot lately and i am starting to pick up his eating habits. He has the ideal body alot of guys look for compared to me i have a average looking body, not big but not skinney. He eats like 2 meals a day. Today all he had was a bean burrito from taco bell[ 370 calories} a little bit of hamburger helper { no more then 200 calories worth} and now another bean burrito{370} Thats inly 940 calories. So i have started to eat as he does, is this healthy? Will it cause me to loose any weight? My friend seems to be just fine eating the way he does, will i to?

come on, you should at least have 1200 calories a day. Any lower than that and forget you’ll Lose Fat, though you’ll lose weight which would just be the water loss.
