
I’m starting my Weight Loss journal thursday and………..?
And for my first two pages, I’m going to write a Pledge to myself. And write down motivational rules 6 or less on the second page. That way when I feel myself getting lazy or something I can read my first to pages. So can anyone help me with my pledge and rules? Thanks:)
Pledge to love yourself and treat your body well. Promise to feed yourself healthy foods, and not starve. Pledge to treat yourself with dignity and kindness. Tell yourself that you want to become fit and healthy because you love yourself, not because you hate your body.
Also, write down how foods make you feel physically and emotionally when you eat them- note if certain this make you feel healthy, tired, wired, sleepy, moody- and eat to suit your needs.
