Hello everyone, I need a good Diet Plan! I tried all the rage, and have just ended in disaster for me .. I got myself a personal trainer, so I know I'm on the right track in terms of exercise concerns .. So does anyone know a good diet or nutrition counseling to follow? This has to be something long term, so no fad Diets please:) If it helps, my current goal is to lose 140 pounds over the next two years. Please, no advertising in my question .. I am asking a serious question here. I can easily see that you have posted the same answer 20 posts from other people. Thank you for your kindness.

Try adding a light workout to any diet plan. Remember that the idea of losing weight is to Burn More calories than you consume. Try to eat many foods that are low in calories such as fruits and vegetables. I know you hate them, but they are full of water and vitamins and nutrients you need. Remember that if you buy them, and make a point to eat before it goes wrong you have a better chance of actually putting in your diet. Try not to buy anything until it is packaged. (For example, cookies, crackers, individual thing!, Pop, other foods made machines.) Turn drink only water with other drinks that have less 50 calories per serving. (Milk is not included in this effort. But drink it!) Try for a single day, then water a normal day. If you feel that has the force of will to address two days or a week coming and going. Try to limit your bread, and if you exercise more filled with lean meat like fish, chicken and meat beef and pork a few. They will help you build muscle, muscle and Burn Fat, even when you did not work. It will be a struggle, and note that lose more than two pounds a week means that your body will try very hard to regain the weight later. Good luck in your search!
