Nutrition help….DO you think i should drink Weight Loss tea again or any other suggestions!!!?
ok i took weight loss drinking Chinese Tea for two days and i think it works but the problem is that it gave me diarreha and it tastes like sh.it literally it makes me puke but now it has been 2 weeks and m gaining weight again what should i do????

Well the chinese Green Tea is good if you need to do a detox, but to lose weight is plain simple you need to give your body time to digest the food.
In other words don’t eat between meals, eat to stay healthy, not to lose weight, don’t diet, just change your eating habits, better choices.
Making changes is what will help you lose weight, not a diet. Try eating vegetables once a week, instead of chocolate eat fruits.
Just make baby steps and believe me you will lose weight.
