
What the heck is Acai Berry? Does it really help?
I don’t watch a ton of TV. But, I do have a Facebook, and these ads keep showing up for Acai berry and saying how Oprah and Rachel Ray swear by it for Weight Loss. I do not buy into weight loss “magic pills” and I am sure the “promises” about it are blown out of proportion; but if it is a healthy addition to a good Diet Plan, I would be willing to give it a go. (Gotta love those New Years Resolutions!)
So, what is the Acai berry and has anyone tried it? Does it lead to success or is it just another silly gimmick?
Not looking for “lose weight quickly” things. Just wondering if this helps as a supplement to a healthy lifestyle.
