I’m not obese or anything, I just want to lose all my pudge and be a bit more toned. I’m vegan so I only eat a little over a 1,000 calories (I tend to eat alot, but most of what I eat is healthy food so it’s really not many calories) unintentionally, and I burn 500 calories every day when I run. Why am I not losing weight?
Make sure you are drinking lots of water, as it clears your digestive system. When you first wake up, you should eat something because it starts your metabolism process immediately. Try eating slower when you eat, because it will help your body burn calories faster and more easily. In order to lose weight, you must be burning more than however many calories you have consumed in a day.
Also, you should probably be consuming more calories than you already intake in a day. It is not healthy to consume less than about 1500 calories a day.
