Massive Weight Loss Videos??
I am trying to find a video that will help me. I am around 210 pounds and every video i look at seems to be for people who are just trying to tone up or whatever. I was wondering if you knew of any weight loss videos that were meant for people who weigh more than 140 pounds? And yes before u ask, I am combining this with a Healthy Diet as well. Thank you!

If you’re just getting going with regular cardiovascular exercise (meaning continuous rhythmic movement for 10 minutes plus), start off nice and easy. For example, try a yoga video. Then, after a couple weeks, get a Pilates video. And as you progress further, try a kickboxing video.
Then you will have developed your cardiovascular conditioning nice and easy, and will have a variety of workouts to do each week. This variety will help keep your body “on it’s toes” and continuing to progress as well as limit your interests from fading.
So start off easy. Be patient. Introduce a variety. And have fun with it!
Eventually, I strongly recommend incorporating a few days a week of resistance training. Your progress and health benefits will reach new levels by doing so.
