
Will my workout plan work? Am I working out the right way?
I’m overweight.
It’s summer vacation and I’m not going anywhere, so I’m working out a lot to make my body look better. I have a lot of saggy nasty fat on my inner thighs, so I’m doing these workouts to tone them:

And I’m doing sit-ups to flatten my tummy.
I’m not eating any junk foods anymore, only salads, white meat, fruits, and healthy things.
I’m going to be doing this for two months, before school starts, am I working out the right way?
And also is it okay to drink weight-Loss Tea instead of water while working out?
And do you have a weight-loss story?

the tea has 0 sodium and less than 1 carb.

look at the back on that tea and look at the nutritiest chart if there is zero sodium 0 carbs and 0 calories then it is alright to drink it but also include water at least 2 cupz per day ur body needs it to function.
and u should see the results with what u eat =)
