What is the most effective way to lose weight without Diet Pills and Weight Loss programs?

I'm young and my father doesn't want Dieting and stuff because my BMI is 20.4 and I'm at a healthy weight, but I still feel fat and I have to drop a few pounds .. Suggestions?

find calorie / fitness calculator on the net, enter all the stats and tell you how many calories you need per day to maintain, remove 300-400cal off of that number and thats how much you need to lose. eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours) 5-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day 8 glasses of water have complex carbohydrates for breakfast – they give you energy have lean meat (protein) for dinner – repairs muscle cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weights dont consume foods that are made from white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy, etc.) and nothing fried, fat. of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
