
What are some good Weight Loss Tips?
I been searching on the internet trying to find some good recipes I can make. Does anyone know what I can do or eat to lose weight. I’m 17 teens years old. Lately I been making me grilled chicken in a wheat wrap but now I’m getting a little tired of eating the same thing. I’m not overweight I just need to lose a couple pounds before I go off to college.
I do work out, that was rude. I’m not even fat I just want a slimmer stomach. I run in the morning at 5am and when I get off of work. I also go to the gym with my older brother around 8pm. He’s a body builder, but all the tips he gives me is how to gain muscle I don’t want to gain muscle. I also do a little yoga

omega 3 is a great source of nutrition, and eating things like tuna with no mayonnaise, and lots of dark green veggies…not letious….will help. but most of all drink hellllla water like at least 10 cups a day. it will flush all the toxins out of you and then come up with a 30 minute work out 3 times a week….dont starve yourself please….it sucks ive been there…if you really wanna Loose Weight there is also pills like Green Tea with hodia….it really helps its over the counter like 10 bucks…and it doesnt have caffeine and its non addictive. its basically a really asome vitum with a matabalism boost in it.
