Weight Loss Yoga Biggest Loser
yoga and cardio in one day too?

so I'm about 5'1 158. I've been training for kickboxing / MMA for about 3 months each Monday and Friday from about 5 hours that day. I bought the biggest loser maximum cardio and weight-loss DVDs of yoga. I wanted to know if yoga all morning sun and sat up also cardio every day, plus Monday and Friday will be training too. The workouts are hard, but only about 30 min. most of the time. I do not want to do more than an hour, plus Mon And Fri Is it too much? I'll be working every day and night in the morning. HELP.

depending on their physical and mental endurance .. personally I would not start by jumping and fully working every day, probably would with quiet and let my body and muscles get used to the routine and, finally, their routine will be fine. Just do not over do yourself, get plenty of rest and stay hydrated.
