Weightloss Meal Plan
For you atkins addicts….?

JUst wanted to know, as I will be starting a new diet tomorrow…(ATKINS) yep that’s right, and my meal plan for the next 4 weeks is this: (Very disciplined and will stick to it) so cross my fingers to see some difference soon:

BREAKFAST: protein shake (think it’s 4 carbs)

LUNCH: tuna tin in sunflower oil + eisberg lettuce (1 cup)

Dinner: same as lunch tuna tin/ or cooked chicken breast in sunflower oil/olive oil + eisberg salad (2 cups)

snacks: my 3 litres of water or peppermint tea or another protein shake
NOW>>>>> WILL I SEE ANY Weightloss IN THE NEXT 4 WEEKS???? I’m 11 stone and 19 years of age 5ft 7

Hi,
To stick to this diet takes alot of willpower. You will have to mix it up a bit. Don’t keep eating the same thing or you will get tired of it real soon rather than later. I think a stone is 14 lbs? I would say it would take about a month if you aren’t a couch potato. It took me about 2 and 1/2 mots to lose 25 lbs. Just stick to it. Don’t weigh yourself every day either. Every other day. I weighed myself the same time every day when I got out of the shower.
