How do you Lose Weight Fast?
I am a stress eater who has been under alot of stress lately. So all that sounds good to me is junk. I need to stop. I have gained a few pounds. I am pushing 200. Does anyone know how To Lose Weight Fast and how to help with stress so I don’t eat so much bad food. I like to eat healthy, just not when I am under alot of stress. Thanks for you advice!!!
That Acai Berry stuff is CRAP!!! Berry juice won’t make you lose weight. You need to change your lifestyle in order to lose weight. A great stress reliever is EXERCISE! Eating healthy and exercising are the only ways you will lose weight healthily. Also, don’t take advice directly from random nuts on the intarwebz. Go to websites that have health info written by medical professionals.
