i found a site about this slimming tea that’s supposed to help you lose weight and supposedly was on oprah… has anyone ever heard of it or tried it? if so, what did you think of it?
Wu-long is another word for oolong. Oolong is processed tea. Green Tea is processed very little, and black tea is very processed tea. Processing gets rid of the epigallocatechin gallate, which is the chemical in tea which helps raise your metabolism. Green tea is better for this. Save your money and just buy green tea.
